LeDuc leaves the saddle, others left jockeying for position
Marlborough - In a surprise move last week, State Rep. Stephen P. LeDuc resigned his post to take the position of Assistant Clerk Magistrate with the Marlborough District Court. LeDuc's 11 years serving the Marlborough district followed six years of service on the Marlborough City Council.

LeDuc's announcement has potential candidates jockeying for position, not only to fill his vacated Beacon Hill post but also in recognition of the fact that LeDuc is no longer in the running for the Senate seat that will become available upon the retirement of State Sen. Pamela P. Resor.
