Happy 'leap-year' birthday, State Rep. LeDuc
Marlborough - Birthdays don't come around every 365 days for a leap-year baby like State Rep. Stephen P. LeDuc, D-Marlborough. For the special occasion, LeDuc invited guests to join him for a casual get-together March 1 at the Walker Building. Revealing his age - or ages - LeDuc wore a T-shirt reading, "4 x 10 equals 40."
