St. John's beats Shrewsbury High in overtime
Shrewsbury - St. John's Anthony Trapasso gets off a shot between Shrewsbury High defenders Patrick Russell (left) and Nate Theodoss during the team's Central Mass. St. John's, who defeated Fitchburg, 61-59, in the semifinal round, faces Marlborough High in the final at 7:30 p.m. Friday March 7 at WPI's Harrington Auditorium. Marlborough and St. John's met previously this year, Jan. 6 at the St. John's gym; the Pioneers won that game, 81-65.
