Constance C. Scioli, 89

Marlborough - Constance C. "Connie" (Pakus) Scioli, 89, died at home Wednesday, March 12, 2008 after being stricken ill. She was the wife of the late Albert "Jake" Scioli, who died in 1984.

She leaves her sisters, Frances Libby, Rosalie Krager and Veronica Sannicandro, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Born in Marlborough, the daughter of Konstant and Annie (Sczerba) Pakus, she graduated from Marlborough High School and was a lifelong resident of the city.

Mrs. Scioli was a stitcher for many years at the former Diamond Shoe Manufacturing Co. of Marlborough.

She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church, as well as a member of the Marlborough Senior Center. Most of all, she loved being with her family and friends and playing bingo.

Funeral services were held March 15 from the John P. Rowe Funeral Home of Marlborough, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the School Fund at Immaculate Conception Church, 17 Washington Crt., Marlborough, MA 01752.
