Boy Scouts hold pancake breakfast
Westborough - Member of Boy Scout Troop 100 Ben Roth, 16, serves pancakes to Galen Bunnell of Westborough at the troop's 30th Annual Pancake Breakfast held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Westborough March 2. According to Jim Rhein, Troop Committee chair, the scouts did all the cooking, serving and cleaning as they fed approximately 800 people, using 150 pounds of pancake batter and 200 dozen eggs. The scouts went door-todoor passing out flyers and selling tickets for two weeks prior to the event, which is their only fund-raiser for the year.
