Durkin receives top real estate awards

Northborough - Rick Loughlin, President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was honored to present Northborough resident Michael L. Durkin, REALTOR® & Vice President of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Northborough Regional Office, with multiple awards at the recent 2008 Awards Celebration.

Durkin received the Coldwell Banker International President's Premier award, placing him within less than 1 percent of associates worldwide. In the state of Massachusetts, amongst 4,442 associates, he placed 18th in overall business and ranked 5th in the listing units category, receiving the Top Listings Per Units award. Durkin was also presented with the New Homes award, and he earned Number 1 REALTOR® status in the Northborough Regional Office for total sales, listings and transactions.
