Girl Scouts send cookies to U.S. troops
Marlborough - Girl Scouts from Marlborough deliver cookies to service personnel at Hanscom Air Force Base. The cookies were to be sent to U.S. troops overseas.

Approximately 400 girls from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts Council, ranging from Brownies to Seniors, delivered over 10,000 boxes of cookies for the troops. The Base Commander spoke to the girls and read letters from service personnel overseas who wrote about how much they enjoyed getting Girl Scout cookies.
