Shrewsbury eighth-graders take championship
Shrewsbury - The Shrewsbury eighth-grade girls basketball team, which won the North Central Massachusetts Youth Basketball League's Large Town Division Championship March 2, poses for a photo. The championship was won thanks to a 38-37 win over reigning league champion Acton- Boxborough. The win, which was Shrewsbury's first-ever over the Acton-Boxborough team, helped the team finish 10-1 in league play.
