Joseph recieves International President's Circle Award

Shrewsbury - Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England, was honored to present Shrewsbury resident Lee Joseph, of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Worcester, with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage International President's Circle award. The award recognizes those sales associates who rank within the top 7 percent of all Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.

Joseph accepted the award during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage 2008 Awards Celebration, held at the Waterfront Westin Hotel. In addition, she had the highest number of sales for 2007 for the Worcester office, selling 48 homes.

Joseph is a Vice President with Coldwell Banker and holds the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES (Senior Residential Specialist), CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) certifications. She is a member of the Builders Association of Central Massachusetts and holds a Construction Supervisors License. Active in the Greater Worcester Board of Realtors, she also sits on the Professional Standards committee.
