Business description: "[Our approach] is circuit training," owner Richard Ferraioli said. "The members … work on a device for 40 seconds. Then there'll be a [voiceover] message in the music … that says, 'Change stations.' You can do the entire circuit in about 30 minutes. If you're really serious about it … in that short period of time you can get your heart rate up to a very, very high, healthy, advantageous workout.

"Our machines are always wiped down, constantly cleaned," owner Nancy Ferraioli said. "They walk in and the gym, the equipment is always clean.

"One of the coaches will adjust the [resistance] level so they get a different workout every week. We always have a coach on staff who helps them with whatever they need with the equipment. If they have a problem with not using the equipment properly, there's always someone here that can guide them into the right position."

Other options: "The offerings are not limited to the circuit training," Richard said.

"We have the ball that they can work on, the rubber bands, weights," Nancy said. "We have the weighted hoola-hoops that they like to do now. They have fun with that. We have dance classes, Zumba, for them. We're also going to look into having some aerobic classes."

"The objective is to have a variety so that it doesn't become, as most exercise programs become, mundane, boring," Richard said. "Hopefully, with the interaction with the lady coaches, [we] keep everybody interested, keep them involved, keep them motivated and reinforce positively the progress that they make."
