Preschool openings still available

Marlborough - Marlborough Public School's Early Childhood Center is currently accepting registrations, on a first-come, first-served basis, for remaining openings in the 2008-2009 afternoon sessions. To register a student, he/she must be a resident of Marlborough.

For the PreK-1 session, which meets Monday through Wednesday from 12:30 to 3 p.m., the student must be 3 years old by Aug. 31, 2008. Tuition is $1,450. Potty training should be in progress.

For the PreK-2 session, which meets Monday through Thursday from 12:30 to 3 p.m., the student must be 4 years old by Aug. 31, 2008, and planning to attend kindergarten in September 2009. Tuition is $1,600.

To register, there is a nonrefundable $25 fee. Checks should be made payable to Marlborough Public Schools. Please bring a certified birth certificate (and a copy) at the time of registration, along with three proofs of residency (and a copy of each).
