Registration open for Taming of the Shrew'

Hudson - Registrations are now being accepted for teens interested in performing in "The Taming of the Shrew" by William Shakespeare. The workshop is sponsored by the Arts Alliance.

From Monday June 23 until public performances Saturday July 19 and Sunday July 20, area teenagers entering grades sixth through 13 will rehearse weekday afternoons Monday through Thursday at Hudson High School (HHS) to prepare for the performance.

Under the direction of Creative Theater Workshop alumnae Madeleine Gibbons and Charlotte Anderson, teen thespians will prepare for an evening performance at HHS and an outdoor performance at Wood Park's music shell.

No tryouts are required. Registrations should be returned by Sunday June 1.
