'Shooting Stars' problem solve for Destination Imagination
Shrewsbury - Oak Middle School seventhgraders and members of the "Shrewsbury Shooting Stars" Destination Imagination (DI) team Liz Howland, Imogen Thomas, Jen Tylock, Lucy Ding, Angela Su, Anjali Puthanangady and Annie Krumpoch pose after a dress rehearsal held at Sherwood Middle School in March, with a wheelchair they made together as part of their challenge. The DI problem-solving competition offers teams the opportunity to choose out of a variety of "challenges" and work together for 17 weeks to problem solve, through critical thinking, creativity and teamwork. The team is supported by parent volunteers Cindy Tylock and Tammy Krumpoch.
