Hudson - Thanks to the marvels of modern technology, five separate frames (from right to left) of Hudson High pitcher Kaitlin Andrews throwing a pitch have been melded together to show her complete delivery from start to finish. In this game, an 8-5 win over Gardner High in the final of the Cheryl Jones Memorial Tournament, held at Riverside Park April 24, Andrews struck out 10 to help the Hawks improve to 8-0, and also helped her own cause with an RBI single in the fourth inning. Other Hawk hitting stars included Laura Bowen, who belted a two-run single, Kayley Fannon, who doubled, and Melissa Tobin, who laced an RBI triple. Gardner fell to 5-1 with the loss.
