Resident trusts Fryc for School Committee
To the editor:

As Shrewsbury voters prepare to vote for town leaders, I urge them to support Sandy Fryc for School Committee. Sandy is well prepared as a professional and a parent to help steer Shrewsbury's public schools through an uncertain future in these challenging fiscal years. Her career in dispute resolution would bring to the committee solid skills in financial analysis, mediation, and communications, which are increasingly important as town committees must work more closely together to mange the town effectively. As a member of three school councils (Oak, Sherwood, Floral, and Shrewsbury School's Coordinating Council) over the past several years as well as a Town Meeting member, Sandy has invaluable experience in evaluating the priorities of our schools, analyzing the school budget, and understanding the challenges faced by our municipality, including the schools.

Sandy is an ideal candidate for Shrewsbury School Committee, bringing a mix of business acumen, a parent's understanding, and in-depth knowledge of the town.
