Resident urges Jané vote
To the Editor:

There is a twinkle of change being off ered within the town of Westborough's Board of Selectmen (BOS) that needs to be nourished with proven leadership. I have spent hours seeing how Rod Jané listens, digests, organizes, sets objectives, and follows through to ensure that the goals are met. It is a natural talent that Westborough needs in order to strengthen the BOS as it prepares to meet the challenges to keep our core services eff ective.

Rod gets it. He has initiated reforms by requiring departments to set goals and objectives and holding managers accountable to budgets and manpower requirements.

Rod has proven he will address the issues, and will provide straight answers during his tenure.

I believe Rod will set benchmarks for improvements and provide motivation to make the BOS an even greater body, which this community desires.

The need for urgent action is now. Do your part, and elect Rod Jané to the Westborough Board of Selectmen. Thanks for your time,
