Publicists thank community
To the editor:

Recently the Marlborough Chapter of the Citizen's Scholarship Foundation "Dollars for Scholars," hosted their Second Annual Team Trivia Challenge March 28th at the Moose Lodge in Marlborough. A considerable thank you is sent to Brian Murphy and Alyson Wood for cochairing this event. The support of this fundraiser enables CSF to continue to fund the scholarships that are given to Marlborough residents each year. CSF receives its funding through endowed funds, direct donations and scheduled fundraising events, not from city tax dollars. The tireless committee of volunteers would like to publicly thank the many contributors of this successful event.

We would like to extend our thanks to Christo Driving School for providing the winning team of Melissa Snediker, Patrick Ryan, Laura Albonesi, Alaina Risotti and CJ Davis.

We would also like to thank the second-place team from the Marlborough Educators Association and the thirdplace team from the Jaworek PTO named "The Mad Mindsteins." CSF also had the support of the Marlborough Savings Bank, Marlborough Junior Woman's Club, St. Mary's Credit Union, Boston Scientific, Colonial Power Group Inc. and AAA Auto Group.

Our thanks go to the following individuals for donating to this fun and worthwhile event. Thank you to Cindi Natoli, Deb Giroux, Marilyn Snediker, the Barrile Family, the Robert Wood family, Dr. Sara Lane and Senator Pam Resor.

Please accept our thanks to all that donated in their own special way, such as Green Mountain Coffee, the Vin Bin, Pawtucket Red Sox, the Wayside Inn, Jake's Restaurant, Marlborough Moose Lodge, as well as Roche Bros., Hannaford Supermarket and Scrub-a-Dub.

We would like to extend our thanks to the newspapers for promoting this event. Last but not least, we would like to thank all our participants who helped make this annual event an enjoyable and financially successful night.
