Learning Native American perspectives
Hudson - Jordan Wardle learns a traditional dance during "Native American Perspectives," an educational program presented Oct. 1 by Dan Cripps to fourth-graders at Forest Avenue Elementary School. Students viewed artifacts, cultural clothing and an actual teepee. The presentation emphasized the difference between the facts and the myths of Native American history and culture.
