      Shrewsbury - In what was described as a "déjà vu" moment, parents, teachers, students and concerned citizens brought their fears regarding the proposed fiscal year (FY) 2010 school budget to the forefront during the School Committee Public Hearing Feb. 25 as they have for the past several years.
