Spotlight shines on award-winning students

Hudson - Cast members of the class entries in the Hudson High School Drama Society's annual Competitive Plays, held last month in the school auditorium, are recognized for individual performances: (front) sophomore Jarrod Allan, Best Actor; sophomore Kayla Hilditch, Best Actress; (back, l to r) eighth-grader Vinny Bonina, Best Supporting Actor; junior Jessica Skoog, Best Supporting Actress; junior Jason Faria, Best Character Actor; and sophomore Alicia Santello, Best Character Actress.

The sophomore class won "Best Play" for their performance of "To Date or Not to Date" directed by Amanda Ventura. The junior class was awarded "Best Ensemble" for their work in "Puberty: The Game Show" directed by Jen Finn. Honorable mentions were given to performers in each class.
