Shrewsbury 'Remembers Michael VonBehren'
      To the Editor: The Remembering Michael VonBehren Scholarship Dinner held at Shrewsbury High School on Monday, May 4 was a tremendous success! We wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of the volunteers, auction donors, attendees and those who donated directly to the fund. With your help we were able to raise $15,000 for a scholarship in Michael's name.

Mayor thanks community for clean-up
      To the Editor: On behalf of the City of Marlborough, I want to extend my thanks for the efforts of over 200 volunteers who spent Saturday, May 2, 2009, collecting trash from our streets, parks and neighborhoods throughout the city. This year's Clean Sweep team collected 6.06 tons of trash and 120 lbs of recyclable material. We should all be proud of this eff ort.
