Southborough Library starts summer film discussions

Southborough - The Southborough Library will host a foreign film discussion series at the library, located at 25 Main St., throughout the summer, starting Wednesday July 8. The discussion will include a variety of foreign language films: French, Italian, German, Spanish and Argentinean.

The series is free and open to the public. Call the library at 508-485-0304 to register. The July film is " Le Scaphandre et Le Papillon" and those interested in participating in the film discussion group can get the movie on loan from a video store or library.

Our discussion group moderator, an interpreter and translator, Lauren Taylor- Fernandes, is an instructor at both Framingham State College and Boston University.

Refreshments will be provided.
