Shrewsbury boys cross country dominates, St. John’s football team continues to roll

      Region - How do you spell dynasty? How about Shrewsbury High School boys cross country? The Colonials won their fifth straight Mid-Wachusett League A Division Championship Oct. 27, edging rival Wachusett Regional, 29-34, by placing five runners in the top 10, including overall winner John Murray.
