     Hudson - Hudson High School (HHS) Varsity Cheerleaders instruct youth ages 7 to 12 during a Cheer Camp off ered Dec. 29 and 30 in the school gym. About 40 of the young participants demonstrated their new skills during halftime at the HHS varsity basketball game Jan. 5.

Hudson preschool registration underway
      Hudson - The Hudson school district is currently accepting applications for the 2010-2011 preschool lottery. Applications may be obtained at the Hudson Town Hall Clerk’s Office, Hudson Public Library, and the Hudson Public School Administration Building at 155 Apsley St. Information is also available at the Hudson public school website at www.hudson.k12.ma.us.

Hudson H1N1 clinic registration underway
      Hudson – An H1N1 flu clinic open to all town residents age 6 and older will be held Saturday, Jan. 9 at the Hudson High School cafeteria. Vaccinations will be administered by appointment only, between 9 a.m. and noon. Town employees are also encouraged to take part in the clinic, even if they are not town residents.
