Despite condition, state to get its cut
     Westborough – The Board of Selectmen recently approved Town Manager Jim Malloy’s request to begin the process to sell the historic Nathan Fisher House, currently valued at about $600,000. Because of state legislation passed last summer, however, half of whatever the town makes on the sale of the building will go into the commonwealth’s coff ers.
