– Marlborough officials received an early Christmas present recently from Bloomberg Businessweek.com – a number one ranking as the best and most affordable community in the nation to raise a child. The website assessed over 5400 cities on a variety of criteria including school performance, crime statistics, cost of living, job growth and ethnic diversity. Officials hope to leverage this accolade as part of their marketing strategy to attract new businesses to the city.
