Westborough – After nine years of serving town residents first as as a member of the School Committee and then on the Board of Selectmen, Selectmen Chair Rod Jané has announced that he will not be running for re-election in the upcoming Town Election. Although he said he has “absolutely loved the last nine years of serving the town,” the father of four said he wants to devote more time to the pressing needs of his family, as well as to his new consulting business.
