Boot Camp for Beginners at Culinary Underground

Culinary Underground School for Home Cooks in Southborough has several workshops planned for this summer, including Boot Camp for Beginners: How to Boil Water, which will be held July 16 and 17, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Participants will learn how to stock the pantry, plan meals and shop at the grocery store; use knives to chop, slice and dice; and how to make soup, easy sauces and simple vinaigrettes. Two-day cheer camp at Bay State Cheer & Dance

July 20 and 21, from noon to 3 p.m. each day, Bay State Cheer & Dance Training Center will be offering a two-day cheer camp designed for the local recreational cheerleader.
