Shrewsbury – Kathleen Wang, 7, and Isabella Lanzarini, 8, enjoy a fun afternoon July 27 at Sunset Beach while participating in the Full-Day Playground Program offered by the Shrewsbury Recreation Department for children entering grades one through seven. An afternoon visit to the beach followed morning activities Mondays through Thursdays at the playgrounds at Coolidge Elementary and Sherwood Middle schools. The six-week program concluded Aug. 4.
