Shrewsbury – Ethan Zheng, 5, performs a backflip during the July 27 session of Olympic Fitness, one of many courses of the Summer Enrichment Program offered by Shrewsbury Public Schools at Floral Street Elementary School. Children entering kindergarten through second grade also learned how to jump hurdles, run relay races, shot put and maneuver an obstacle course, while developing good sportsmanship. Olympic Fitness was instructed by Kristen Crutchfield, a Title One reading tutor at Floral Street School.
