Southborough – Proprietor Lori Leinbach and students Cassandra Maxim, 11, Ally Totino, 11, and Lizzie Dennis, 9, view the rainbow cakes under glass they created during the Aug. 18 session of Cooking in Color, a summer camp offered by Culinary Underground. Throughout the four-day course, chef Diane Richmond taught young chefs ages 8 to 11 how to create a colorful menu that included buffalo wings with blue cheese, Thai yellow noodles and tricolor cheesecakes.
