Region – After days of anticipation, Hurricane Irene is finally making her presence known in the Community Advocate readership area. Things are just starting to ramp up now, with winds and rain increasing and a few power outages already reported. The towns have all put emergency plans in place. Please check our postings from the last few days and check your town's website for additional updates.
