Medway – Graveside services for Bernice (Weinstein) Shuta, 83, were held Saturday, Sept. 3,, 2011 at Evergreen Cemetery in Marlborough. The Slattery Funeral Home of Marlborough assisted with arrangements.
Mrs. Shuta, a former resident of Marlborough, died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011 at her home in Medway.
Born in Dorchester, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary (Peil) Weinstein and the wife of the late Walter Shuta, who died in 2008. She had been employed at the Star Market, Sudbury, retiring in 1962.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Charlene and John Kairit of Medway; her grandchildren, Michael, Johnny and Tony; and her great-granddaughter, Isabella. She was also the sister of the late Rosalind Weinstein.
