Bade joins StarSeed Day Spa
StarSeed Day Spa has welcomed Barbara Bade, LMT, of Westborough to its team. A graduate of SpaTech Institute, she is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). She brings a background of fitness and nutrition to her work, which she says is a combination of several modalities including deep tissue and sports massage, providing a massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing. Her goal for each massage is to reduce the aches and pains of stressed muscles, improve mobility and allow a sense of ease and well-being. Bade is available for appointments from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays. She is offering new clients an introductory special of $10 off a one-hour massage during the month of September.
