Marlborough – Helen Meader (Dodge) Horn, formerly of Westborough, passed from this world Thursday, Sept. 8, 2011. She was 98 years old. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Coldwell Horn, and her daughter, Nancy E. Horn Dallaire.
Born April 25, 1913, in Boise, Idaho, she was the daughter of Roscoe Richard Dodge and Josephine Margery Dow Dodge.
She leaves her , Margery Cheryl Horn Mitchell of Hawaii; her son-in-law, Robert Dallaire of Westborough; seven grandchildren, Thomas Dallaire, Anne Dallaire Wilson,, Katherine Dallaire Carmel, Melissa Mitchell Olsen, Sky Mitchell, Miles Mitchell and Jesse Mitchell; seven great-grandchildren; and a niece, Pat Newcomb, and nephew, Col. (ret.) Richard Dodge, both of Boise, Idaho.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Sept. 16, at 6 p.m., at the New Horizons Chapel, 400 Hemenway St., Marlborough.
