Northborough – Baesis recently announced its designation as a Dell Premier Partner and ProSource Service Center. As a Premier Partner and Service Center, it will be able to provide all tier 1 and tier 2 support for Dell Servers and Workstations in central Massachusetts.
Baesis can serve its current customers, as well as existing Dell customers, with same- or next-day warranty service in addition to depot repairs. This opportunity allows Baesis and Dell customers to simplify IT spending by reducing the cost and complexity of any Dell solution and speeding up deployment of customer orders with Dell, which will help businesses run faster, better and smarter.

“Baesis will be adding considerable staff to its Northborough headquarters and is looking at expansion throughout New England within the next 12 to 18 months,” Leonard added.
The company's network engineers and sales team will be working with their existing customers and prospects, as well as adding new Dell customers in order to service them under one roof for all of Dell products and have qualified certified technicians assist in deployment and service. As of Aug. 8, Baesis became an authorized and certified Premier partner which can provide numerous options of Dell products and services. The economy may have slowed down, but not for the partners at Baesis, who continue to grow their business very year.
