BIA-MA volunteers hold yard sale Sept. 24Westborough – Volunteers of the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts (BIA-MA), a private nonprofit association that provides support, prevention, education, and advocacy for individuals with brain injury and their families, will be holding a giant yard sale Saturday, Sept. 24, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Tufts Machine lot, 53 East Main St. (across from CVS), Westborough.

The yard sale will feature items collected from over 50 households and includes books, DVD's, CD's, toys, games, puzzles, jewelry, craft item, glassware, linens, selective clothing, tools, small household and miscellaneous items. The rain date is Sunday, Sept. 25.

All proceeds will benefit BIA-MA's Ambassador Program, which sends volunteer speakers into the community who are brain injury survivors or family members. The program brings light to the silent epidemic of brain injury and a voice to its victims.
