Hudson – The Hudson Elks will be hosting Woofstock Dog Festival Saturday, Oct. 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., to benefit Buddy Dog Humane Society. The event will take place at the Hudson Elks Pavilion, 99 Park St., adjacent to the Hudson High School.
Bring your family (including your dog) for a day of fun featuring the music of Shakedown Street band, over 60 vendors, local rescue groups with adoptable dogs, food and drink, games, raffle prizes, a police K-9 demonstration and more. Join in on the Yippie Parade, a short group walk with other families and their dogs in show of support for homeless animals.
All proceeds from the event will go directly to the Buddy Dog Humane Society, celebrating 50 years of placing homeless dogs and cats with their fur-ever families. For more information, call 1-978-443-6990 or visit www.buddydoghs.org.
