Northborough – Monday, Oct. 3, Marlborough Savings Bank and Weichert Realtors, ComVest Residential will be co-hosting a free community information home-buyer seminar from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Northborough Free Library, 34 Main St. Mortgage professionals, bank professionals, real estate professionals, a local home owner insurance professional and a home inspector professional will be participating in the seminar.
The free evening is geared to discussing the entire home buying process and will speak to first-time buyers, as well. Not just a real estate and bank event, the seminar is more a general overview of everything and will allow participants to break into groups to speak with a certain professional in each area to answer questions, etc. Refreshments will be served.
