Marlborough – City of Marlborough Commissioner of Public Works Ron LaFreniere has announced that effective Sept. 23, the Water & Sewer Billing Office has moved from City Hall to the Department of Public Works, located in the Municipal Garage at 135 Neil St. Receipt of final water and sewer bills, billing inquiries and payment of entrance fees will now be at the Public Works location. Water and sewer bills should continue to be paid at the City Hall's Collector's Office.
