Westborough – The GFWC Westborough Woman's Club has announced its scholarship winners. Paul Casello Jr. and Erin Silva each received a Westborough Woman's Club scholarship. In addition, the Evangeline Dreher Memorial-Westborough Woman's Club scholarship was awarded to Subhrangi Swain. All students are 2011 graduates of Westborough High School (WHS).
In addition, the club sponsored Joy Cho, a sophomore at WHS, to attend the Mass
STAR Leadership Seminar at Lasell College. The conference brought together 114 high school sophomores from across Massachusetts to learn about leadership, community service, engaged citizenship and self-discovery.
The club raises money for their scholarships through the annual Holiday House Tour, Fashion Show and bake sales at town meetings. Membership information is available
