Northborough – A 2011 Family Seasonal Flu Clinic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon, at the Northborough Senior Center, 119 Bearfoot Rd. The clinic is scheduled for individuals four years and older. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Registering for an appointment time is strongly recommended and can be done through the Recreation Department webpage by clicking on www.northboroughrecreation.com/info/activities/program_details.aspx?ProgramID=25157 or by contacting the Health Department office at 1-508-393-5009 or 1-508-393-5008. Insurance cards will be required, but those with no access to insurance will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
