Oct. 15 is Electronics and Appliance Recycle Day at Hudson FUMC


Hudson – First United Methodist Church of Hudson will be holding an Electronics and Appliance Recycle Day fund-raiser Saturday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the church parking lot. Items to be recycled should be emptied (no gas, oil or water left in them).

Electronics such as monitors, computers, stereos, radios, DVDs, scanners, etc. can be dropped off for $5 each. Appliances, including dishwashers, stoves, washers, dryers, water heaters, microwave, refrigerators, lawn mowers, snow blowers, exercise equipment, AC units, dehumidifiers, small engine items, etc. will cost $10 each to be recycled. Also, TVs smaller than 19 inches will cost $10, TVs over 19 inches will cost $15 and wood console TVs will be $20. FUMC Hudson is also accepting new/old adults bicycles for no drop-off charge.
