Shrewsbury – in observance of Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 10, trash and recycling collection for the town of Shrewsbury will be picked up on a one-day-delayed schedule for the week. Monday trash and recycling will be picked up on Tuesday, Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday, and so forth. The Shrewsbury Board of Health is also reminding residents that the week of Oct. 10 through 14 is a blue recycling week. For more information, call 1-508-841-8512.
