Region – The nor’easter weather forecasters are saying will dump a historic amount of snow for October has arrived in the MetroWest. The heaviest snow fall amounts in Massachusetts are predicted for the Berkshires, but the MetroWest region will be receiving up to 6 inches and possibly more of snow. Forecasters are warning of power outages from trees falling under the weight of the heavy, wet snow and bringing down power lines in their wake.
