Westborough – Wednesday, Nov. 30, the Westborough Garden Club will present “Deck the Halls – An Evening of Flowers and Music” by Al and Paula DeLuca. The program will be held at the Mill Pond School, 6 Olde Hickory Path, Westborough, with the doors opening at 6 p.m. Prior to the program enjoy light refreshments, shoe box raffles and a Holiday Boutique featuring member handmade crafts.
Music and floral design share many of the same principles and elements according to the DeLucas, designers of a program called Music and Its Relationship to Floral Design. An evening of flowers and music will set the mood for the holiday season, with floral designs inspired by the traditional sounds of the Christmas season. As you listen to familiar carols and holiday selections played on the piano by Paula, Al will design unique floral decor for the holidays.
