Westborough – Are you struggling to find work? Are you considering a career change, but aren’t sure how to make the leap? Would you like to advance in your current career, but feel stagnant? Personal roadblocks, such as lack of clarity and limiting beliefs, may be getting in your way. Learn how to identify and address these roadblocks in order to achieve greater career success!

Kim Meninger, a certified career coach and founder of Great Heights Coaching, will lead an interactive, discussion-based presentation, “Overcoming Personal Roadblocks to Career Success,” Sunday, Nov. 30, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at Beth Tikvah Synagogue's first Shmear and Shmooze of the year. Prior to coaching, Meninger worked for two years in alliance management at Monster Worldwide and nine years in partner management at EMC Corp. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA from Boston College.
