“Geek the Library” kicks off in Shrewsbury
Shrewsbury – The Choi brothers, Caleb, 2, Benjamin, 6, and Joshua, 8, of Worcester hold their “Geek the Library” balloons at the Shrewsbury Public Library's Dewey Day celebration Oct. 23. The event, a kick-off of what library officials are calling the “Geek the Library” series, featured artisans, crafters and others. Exhibits included a cheese-making demonstration, a working-dogs exhibit, watercolor painting, writing, pottery and many other presentations.
