Westborough – The Westborough Interfaith Clergy Association will hold its 35th annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Eve Community Service Wednesday, Nov. 23, at 7:30 p.m., at the Congregational Church on West Main Street in downtown Westborough.
The service rotates each year between several houses of worship in town. This year's service will be led by the president of the Interfaith Clergy Association, the Rev. Cynthia Frado from the Unitarian Universalist Congregational Society of Westborough.
There will be readings from a variety of faith traditions, including Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Buddhism, as well as a story for all ages. The choral music will be under the direction of Curtis Richardson and will feature members from the town's congregations. Additionally, the Congregational Church's Handbell Choir will play during the service under the direction of Sue Menzel, as will the Westborough Interfaith Flute Choir under the direction of Cam Sowa. Local musician Luanne Crosby will also offer an original piece of music.
Food will also be collected for the Westborough Food Pantry at the service.
