Region – The Republican town committees of Northborough, Shrewsbury and Westborough will hold a Presidential Straw Poll and Holiday Breakfast Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Italian American Victory Club, 12 Dewey Rd., Shrewsbury.
Breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. and presentations on behalf of the GOP presidential candidates by local supporters will begin at 9:30 a.m. Polling will be completed by 11 a.m. Worcester County Sheriff Lew Evangelidis will be in attendance and joined by state representatives Matt Beaton and Steven Levy, as well as other area GOP officials.
The cost is $15 per person and all local registered Republicans and unenrolled voters may participate in the poll. Advance tickets are available by contacting [email protected] or [email protected]. Some tickets may also be available at the door.
